This one-time-only (per week) kind of deal is one of the hardest brunches to score a seat at, and this may have something to do with it being f**** awesome. There are few that visit Restaurant Mill and are disappointed with the food. This insider’s tip is frequented by a mixed crowd seeking a mixed menu, packed with wholesome quality food that can be dined on in a casual and characterful setting. Oh, and did we mention the wild, ivy-covered outdoor dining area hidden out the back?
The brunch is a smorgasbord of fruits, yoghurts, col meat cuts and cheeses (add any of the brunch favourite staples to this list), while they also get creative with their egg-based dishes, that they’ll whip up fresh for you. The baked goods are artisanal, and so goes for the cakes. And just when you think you’re full as you’re sitting there getting the food sweats, you’ll realise there’s fresh Palatschinken (crepes) to be had.
