Parody bands are normally at their best when they’re performed by fans of the genre, and Tenacious D are clearly in love with the Rock and Metal music they play. Formed by comedians Jack Black & Kyle Gass, they’ve had some A-list collaborators along the way, with their first album in 2001 featuring Dave Grohl on drums, produced by the Dust Brothers, and with Bob Odenkirk (a.k.a Saul Goodman) producing their TV show. They’ve continued to release albums and films since, and this live concert is bound to be amazing fun for fans.
