The sun has turned up so that can only mean one thing in Vienna – all the beach bars start opening! Woot, woot! The beach with a bunch of bars on it (and a volleyball court), smack bang in the middle of the city, will open with a bang this Thursday. So if you’ve been missing sticking your toes in the sand all winter and can’t wait any longer – they open their doors at 5pm. Be there with your flip flops on.
Recommended if you like: the warm caressing and comforting feeling of sand under your soles, pretending you are on holiday, being a beach bum as often as possible, wearing your flip flops
