We’re calling it – this October is officially the month of markets. Typical of when the weather cools down, a bunch of markets pop up around the city. Here are the ones happening throughout October:

Flohmarkt im Liechtensteinpark 5 – 6 Okober

When: SAT-SUN, October 5–6
Where: Liechtenstein park

This legendary flea market in Vienna’s 9th district is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon or morning. It happens in the pleasant setting of the Liechtenstein park and usually a good mix of stall vendors turn up selling their wares, from young to old.

Edelstoff★Markt für junges Design #19

When: SAT, October 5
Where: MARX HALLE

This design market if well loved by those who know it. A raft of creatives and designer set up little stands and sell their funky fashion, jewellery, and all other kind of stuff.

7*Stern Flohmarkt: Juwelen aus den 80er, 90er, 00er

When: SUN, October 6
Where: 7stern

This one-off market is claiming that all the stuff up for sale will hail from the 80s, 90s and the beginning of the 2000s. It will be happening in the funky location of the 7stern cafe so if you’re a flea market fan, this is worth checking out.
