Mondscheinbazar Wien #22

The MoodscheinBazar always offers something a little bit more romantic than your normal flea market experience, and this month, people will be filling the old beer brewery of the 16th with the hum of a good ol’ fleamarket hunt. As always, there will also be a bunch of food trucks to go with the hunting, and a few spots to get a drink. The industrial, multi-storey setting always makes for a funky spot to spend your evening browsing, eating and drinking.

Edelstoff market is back with an early spring market edition this month. We still remember our time at the last Edelstoff Designmarkt fondly – we were greedily munching our way through the different street food stands while looking at some damn hip design, art and jewellery. Multi-tasking is a glorious thing. We like that even though there’s always a big, young crowd at Edelstoff, it never gets too full or stressful. The market will also feature the traditional hoard of food trucks to splurge at, while they also have some neat DJ tunes in the background to urge on your hedonistic urges.
Recommended if you like: shopping in special locations, sipping a drink between stands, unique items, bargaining for a t-shirt, sandwiches from food trucks, sustainable living, the thrill of the market hunt
