Vienna Würstelstand's says

There’s a couple of things you can always rely on Vienna being – a city with very high living standards, one of the most unfriendly city’s in the world (so some reports keep telling us every year) and windy. Yes, the Vienna wind is a constant companion to one and all who live there.

Yes, the constant wind is a pain in the a***, but as we know you’re trying super hard this year to be positive, we thought we’d put together a list of reasons why it can be seen in a positive light 😉

1. You don’t have to blow dry your hair

The wind’s got your hairstyle covered!

2. it gives you a bit of a push on the bike if you’re going in the right direction

3. It carries the smell of the Maroni (chestnuts) roasting on the street

4. You get to wear your favourite ski mask without getting fined

5. You can wear these socks and nobody will ask any questions

6. It blows all the trash to Burgenland

Sorry, Burgenland. Meanwhile, people in Burgenland right now 👆

7. Makes you appreciate the warmth of being inside a Viennese coffeehouse

8. It’s your perfect excuse to stay at home

9. It makes for the perfect weather for snuggling

10. It’s better than blistering heat

11. It gives us a valid reason to complain during awkward silences
