The Esterhazygassenfest is legendary and this year, it will be celebrating its 8th year. There will be stands selling stuff, including drinks and food. The main attraction will be the two Viennese bands playing live at the festival. A true Viennese summer experience! You see, the reason why this streetfest is so good is that all the awesome bars, restaurants and theatres based on the street spill out onto the street (including the yummy Japanese cuisine from the street’s newcomer, Kuishimbo and the kickass cocktails from the Miranda bar. The theater, TAG, will also be having a costume flea market – you never know what you might find!
Recommended if you like: sunshine lolly pops and rainbows (like the song), family fun, a street transforming into something special, when the city closes streets to cars, sitting on a street curb drinking beer out of a plastic cup, the 6th district, dressing up in old theater clothes
